*outscatter* appears to have stopped, except two from demon.net
telling me

That definitely means that spammers have stopped sending spam with
addresses matching .*@xivic.prima.de as From and/or MAIL FROM.

Maybe they did merely use broken toothpricks, but: No more outscatter
received here.
